Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.1. Payment
- All prices are listed in IDR (for local) and USD (for intl).
- Payment is accepted via QRIS/BCA (for local) and PayPal (for intl).
- For orders under 200K IDR or 35 USD, please pay it upfront.
- For orders above 200K IDR or 35 USD, at least pay 50% upfront before I begin. The remaining 50% is due before the final file is delivered.
- Payments are non-refundable unless I couldn't manage to finish it.2. Process & Turnaround
- Estimated completion time: 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity and my current queue.
- I’ll provide updates during key stages (sketch, lineart, base color).
- Please respond to WIPs within 48 hours to avoid delays.
- Rush orders may be accepted with an additional fee. (+30% total price)3. Revisions
- You may request 1 major revision (like redesigning, adding additional characters, changing the whole concept) during the sketch stage.
- Once the lineart or base color phase starts, only 3 minor revisions (like color adjustments) are allowed.
- Any revisions after that will require an additional fee. (+10% per revision)4. Usage Rights
- Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
- Commercial use will cost 3x the total price.
- You may share or post your commission with proper credit
- Do not repost without credit, claim the artwork as your own, alter the piece, use it for NFTs, AI datasets, or commercial merchandise without agreement.5. Communication
- All communication should take place via email / DMs.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- Please be polite and patient; disrespectful behavior will result in cancellation.6. Artist Rights
- I retain copyright to the artwork.
- I may post the finished piece on my social media or portfolio unless the client requests otherwise (e.g., for gifts or privacy).
